Dr Mina Asr is an overall lover of wholesome and holistic living. She holds a PhD in food engineering. She has been working as a pranic healer, meditation facilitator, and spiritual awakening consultant since 2017 and has conducted meditation classes in different countries till date. Dr Mina is passionate about meditation, reflection and holistic therapy and believes they can bring quality, joy and simplicity back into our modern life. She believes that different aspects of human system – Body, Mind, Emotion and Soul – should be balanced in order to have a healthy and happy life. She used to be an UNHCR volunteer teacher in Malaysia about a decade where she taught refugee students about meditation, self-love, self-respect, and awareness. She has been actively continuing her own self development and wholesome living journey as she is deeply in love with learning and growing.
Dr Mina provides pranic healing for physical, emotional and psychological ailments, chakra balancing, cellular healing, crystal healing, relationship healing, energy facial rejuvenation sessions as well as various meditation sessions, energy space cleansing, feng shui consultation, corporate wellness training, holistic coaching, women circle, seminar and workshop.
